Win-Back accesses customer names, email addresses, and order history from your Shopify store solely to identify lapsed customers and send win-back emails on your behalf.
Customer data is used only to send win-back emails to customers who have previously purchased from your store. We store a record of which customers have been emailed and whether they have recovered (placed a new order), so we do not send duplicate emails.
We store the minimum data needed: shop domain, customer ID, customer email, discount code sent, send date, and recovery status. No payment information is stored.
Emails are sent via Resend (resend.com). Customer data is not shared with any other third parties.
When you uninstall the app, your session data is deleted immediately. Email send records are deleted within 30 days of uninstall.
